I recently wrote an article, 12 Bullet Journal Weight Loss Tracker Ideas. One of the things I noticed is that many bullet journalists add motivational quotes to their weight loss tracker pages to inspire them.
As a big fan of motivational quotes, I decided to gather up a bunch of quotes you can use for your weight loss journey.
